This time in the Financial Times.

I wonder if we’re approaching some sort of tipping point?

    It was over when dynamic duo Gladwell and Simmons suggested that NBA teams institute the full court press for the entire game. Imagine what a guard like Iverson would do (even AI today, forget about in his prime) to an NBA full court press?

    My reflexive answer is "yes," and I read once that reflexive instincts tend to be quite accurate.
