* Having previously reached out to fanboys to quell rebellion during the Transformers shoot, Michael Bay is now attempting parlay over Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Eastman and Laird are not soothed.

* Interview with a (former) comic book pirate. (This probably isn’t what you’re hoping for.)

    But according to that link Peter Laird *is* OK with it (or at least not-upset and even a bit envious)

    Or maybe you meant he didn’t attempt to soothe them, which would be OK too. Considering the old black-and-white/ultraviolent manga-ish books have little in common with ensuing properties, including any and all horrible films featuring Vanilla Ice, who out there is both in need of soothing and soothable at this point?
