One of Kerry’s strongest talking points for voters who support the president in Iraq, but wonder if we’re not still trying to win on the cheap is this talk of adding two divisions to the U.S. military. Whether you believe Kerry will ever out-war Bush is another matter.

Kerry talks a lot about adding two divisions of soldiers to the American armed forces. But, really, what does Kerry know about military manpower? What are his credentials? Bush appears to be trusting his Secretary of Defense as well as the military leadership. Why shouldn’t he? If he can’t trust them, he should fire them. Oh wait. Shinseki.
