Now I’m convinced the housing market is insane. Have you seen the $640K “mobile home” in Arlington, VA?

    Typo?At the bottom, it lists the property style as “Cape Cod.”Looks like a Cape Cod to me.

    dude: that house has hardwoods and granite countertops, new appliances, etc…Doesn’t sound like a mobile home to me. Admittedly, it’s insanely priced, but par for the course considering the area.

    It was built in 1949, not a mobile home, just a post-war cape cod. that area is full of them
