Who needs external critics when I’ve got David Skinner right here at Galley Slaves?

Am I “cheering on” “a scene of depravity and sexual abuse”? I’m afraid not. I was echoing the swinging Austen Powers in reference to the Boston Herald‘s description of what sounded like Caligula, 02210.

Now, if only I had worked Richard Cohen into that post, then Dave would have really had something to write about . . .

    DUDE! we’re not talking about 21 year old porn stars at a video shoot, we’re talking about a 15 year old girl who has been caught now twice giving oral to multiple guys at a party. This is a problem, for the girl, for her parents, and for society. How JVL can argue that the death penalty is immoral in one post then cheer underage orgies in another post is beyond me. Many of society’s ills can be traced to the degredation of the family, and the hyper-sexualization of our youth cannot be good for promoting stable traditional families.
