David Adesnik, of OxBlog fame, has a wonderful piece on the Indian re-imagining of Spider-Man and what it says about the universality of American values.

    “Hmmmm. I wonder what an Arab Spider-Man would be like?”I’m not sure about the hero, but I’m pretty sure who the villain will be. Instead of the Green Goblin it’ll be the ‘Great Satan’ dressed in Red, White & Blue.
