The group Citizens United has put up three billboards in Los Angeles that they hope will be seen during the Oscars. This would be gloating.

Still funny, though.

    i am certainly glad that hollywood has cut back on the oscar celebration(s). this money can be better spent on tsunami relief.they have done this right???????
