    My brother saw an advanced screening. He said the movie is good for about its first hour. And yes, Ms. Alba is indeed ridiculously hot. But just so you get your hopes up, bikini is the highest (lowest?) level of undress she achieves.

    I understand from the IMDB that the producers are thinking of retitling it “Jessica Alba: the Photoshoot.” They’re also thinking of dispensing with the plot and the guy with the three-day-old beard as irrelevant to the movie’s profit potential.

    To paraphrase David Spade, I liked “Into the Blue” the first time I saw it, when it was called “The Deep.”That said, while I love my wife very much – our love is a deep as the Marianas Trench – I’d Jim Brown her ass out a window for a shot at Alba.Brian Moore
