The New McDonald’s

In a couple years, McDonald’s will be basically unrecognizable from what it was in, say, 2000. About ten years ago they started restructuring their food concept, then they entered the cafe space, and now they’re preparing to redesign their physical presence.

As a piece of corporate leadership, this is awfully impressive. McDonald’s seems very smart about field-testing options before making large strategic decisions. And for a company as big as they are, they actually seem to be more nimble than you’d expect.

    Their new promotional contest is bound to increase sales, too.
